Otsego Lake (NY, USA) high-frequency buoy data 2025

Yokota Lab, SUNY Oneonta Biological Field Station Volunteer Dive Team and Otsego Lake Association has been operating an NSF-funded (award #1624527) automated lake data buoy since 2017. This dataset contains ice‑free season observations from 2025, including vertical profiles of water temperature, air temperature, wind speed, and relative humidity. The 2017-2021 data are published as edi.1107.4 (doi: 10.6073/pasta/eeddffce3fe8a77a9b90a3c156b5e7b1) and the 2022-2024 data as edi.2008.1 (doi: 10.6073/pasta/b7201431fb182a7b7bebf20142a0c397). Please note that the buoy/sensor configurations changed and some parameters (e.g., incoming shortwave radiation) dropped over the years.
