DNA-Seq of Fraternidad Saltern

Shotgun sequencing of metagenomic libraries from the Fraternidad salterns in Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico. Two metagenomic libraries were made. One during the rainy season and another during the dry season to observe the difference in microorganism composition of the microbial mats and for functional analysis.针对取自波多黎各卡沃霍罗弗拉泰尔尼达德盐田（Fraternidad salterns）的宏基因组文库（metagenomic libraries）开展鸟枪测序（Shotgun sequencing）。本研究共构建两套宏基因组文库，分别于雨季与旱季制备，旨在探究微生物垫（microbial mats）的微生物群落组成差异，并开展功能分析。
