This database contains raw electrophysiology data. Eletrophysiology data: The electrophysiology data are grouped according to their use in the figures presented in the main text. Each folder corresponds to a specific figure and contains subfolders for each measured protein. Each subfolder contains raw traces (.abf files) of manually segmented squiggles used for analysis and figure generation. Each file includes the protein name, pore name, applied voltage. (you can find the other working conditions on the text of the manuscript).For example: MspAD90N_MBP-SQtag_-65mV_number Data from the main text: Figure 1.
