Integrated mRNA and Protein Expression Database of Pyroptosis Markers in Breast Cancer

This Excel file contains the raw molecular dataset underlying the study on pyroptosis-related signaling in breast cancer. The database includes quantitative mRNA expression data, protein concentration measurements (ELISA), and calculated indices (Pyroptosis Index and Inflammasome Activation Score) across five molecular subtypes of breast cancer (luminal A, luminal B HER2−, luminal B HER2+, HER2-enriched, and triple-negative breast cancer), along with corresponding control samples.
