Identify LOC550643-regulated miRNAs in MDA-MB-231 cell (miRNA-Seq)

The objective of this study is to unravel the metastasis-associated lncRNAs involved in the regulation of cell migration and invasion in breast cancer cells. Using next generation sequencing approach, we identify differential expression miRNAs in MDA-MB-231 cells with LOC550643 knockdown. Total RNA samples were derived from MDA-MB-231-IV2 cells with/without LOC550643 knockdown. Small RNA expression levels of MB-231-IV2-C and MB-231-IV2-LOC550643 knockdown were examined by using a Next-generation sequencing approach (MiSeq V2 reagent kit ).
