In retrieving LERNZdb material you agree that you rely on the data at your own risk; the University of Waikato offers no warranty or representation that the data is fit for any particular purpose, or free from defects, and will not be liable for any losses or damages whatsoever including any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages incurred by you arising out of the use of the database or in reliance on the data retrieved.
