资源简介:
Transcriptome analysis of circular RNAs in the fast-growing species moso bamboo Circular RNAs (circRNAs) are new type of the noncoding RNAs that are stable and broadly expressed in mammalian. Moso bamboo represents one of the fast growth plants in the world. To better understand the potential function of circRNAs in developing culms, we performance genome-wide identification of differential circRNAs using high through sequencing of rRNA-depletion samples on eight different developmental stages of culm material. We focus on identification of circRNAs associated with internode elongation. Additionally, circRNAs function as miRNA sponges and regulation of their corresponding parental genes in developing culms were studied using small RNA sequencing and strand-specific RNA-seq. Taken together, this study of circRNAs in moso bamboo culm at different stages provide further information about the new research hotspot of long non-coding in plant.
