The values represent fold change of gene expression obtained from the microarray analysis, when comparing the NKG2D+ CD4+ T-cells with the NKG2D− CD4+ T-cells of donor 1 and 2. Positive values correspond to genes up-regulated in the NKG2D+ CD4+ T-cells compared to NKG2D− CD4+ T-cells, whereas negative values correspond to genes down-regulated. *denote genes with low expression values (<35 units) in both CD4+ T-cell populations.
