Primary bilateral macronodular adrenal hyperplasia (PBMAH) are bilateral adrenocortical tumors causing Cushing syndrome. Illegitimate receptors expression dysregulating cortisol is characteristic of PBMAH. The clinical heterogeneity of PBMAH appeared lastly with the increased frequency of this diagnosis, but is at present poorly understood. We performed an integrated genomics analysis (RNASeq, methylome, miRNome) of PBMAH tumors.
