Raw data for Fig.2 to Fig. 4 for manuscript "Luminescence from hot carrier interband recombination in wide InGaN quantum wells" by Conny Becht et al.

Files "fig_2a_spectra.csv" are sets of spectra for each figure. Individual spectra are normalized and shifted as in waterfall plots. The common wavelength scale for all spectra of one figure is in file "fig_2a_wavelengthscale.csv". Similar for Fig. 2b, Fig. 3a/b and 4a/b.文件"fig_2a_spectra.csv"包含对应各实验图的光谱数据集。单条光谱均已参照瀑布图的处理规范完成归一化与垂直位移校正。单张图中所有光谱共用的统一波长标尺数据存储于文件"fig_2a_wavelengthscale.csv"内。图2b、图3a/b及图4a/b的数据集格式均与此一致。
