Genomic landscape of introgression in a coastal marine goby, Chaenogobius annularis

RAD sequencing and whole genome resequencing of Chaenogobius annularis and the outgroup C. gulosus were performed to investigate the accurate picture of phylogeography of C. annularis and the ghost introgression origin of the East China Sea (ECS) lineage of C. annularis, and to characterize its introgression landscape from the ghost extinct lineage. We also performed RNA-seq to improve our gene annotation in this study.
