资源简介:
We compared the in vivo cardiorespiratory function of Atlantic salmon and Nile tilapia when acclimated to near optimum temperatures (10 and 25℃, respectively), then exposed to: their acute thermal limits under normoxia; and their upper temperature limit when simultaneously exposed to moderate hypoxia (50 and 30% air saturation, respectively) or zatebradine-induced bradycardia. This data includes values for all cardiorespiratory [heart rate (fH), stroke volume (Vs), cardiac output (Q), central venous pressure (CVP), oxygen consumption (MO2) and blood oxygen extraction (EO2)] for both species, and the arterial blood oxygen content (CaO2) for salmon, under all experimental conditions.
