Congestion management activations - Cross-border redispatching (local)

Local activations performed by Elia inside its control area in the framework of cross-border redispatching activations for congestion management- Commission Regulation (EU) n° 543/2013 on submission and publication of data in electricity markets defines the concept of Redispatching as follows: Measure activated by one or several system operators by altering the generation and/or load pattern in order to change physical flows in the transmission system and relieve a physical congestion. If the measure is activated by several system operators we speak about cross-border redispatching.If the measure is activated by one system operator we speak about internal redispatching.本数据集涉及埃利亚（Elia）在拥塞管理相关的跨境重新调度（cross-border redispatching）作业框架内，于其控制区域内实施的本地调度操作。欧盟委员会（EU）第543/2013号关于电力市场数据提交与发布的条例，对重新调度（Redispatching）的定义如下：由一个或多个电力系统运营商通过调整发电出力及/或负荷模式，以改变输电系统中的物理潮流、缓解实体拥塞的调度措施。若该调度措施由多个电力系统运营商联合实施，则称之为跨境重新调度；若仅由单个电力系统运营商实施，则称之为内部重新调度。
