Distribution of outbreak projections from regression model.

Median and 95% prediction interval of outbreak size, by date from which cases are predicted, and by regression method, using probable and confirmed cases. Method 1: Theil-Sen regression with a pseudo-log transformation. Method 2: Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) Regression without transformation.本数据集以疑似病例（probable）与确诊病例（confirmed）为数据源，按病例预测日期与回归方法两个维度，计算得到暴发规模的中位数及95%预测区间。方法1为采用伪对数变换的泰尔森（Theil-Sen）回归；方法2为未施加变换的普通最小二乘（Ordinary Least Squares，OLS）回归。
