The result of variants calling with the Indica reference

We used two major strains of the rice genome, Indica and Japonica, to build different variant calling models that differ in the composition of samples from the two strains.本研究选取水稻基因组的两个主要亚种——籼稻（Indica）与粳稻（Japonica），构建了多款因所用取自该两类亚种的样本组成不同而存在差异的变异检测模型。
