A multidimensional atlas of human glioblastoma-like organoids reveals highly coordinated molecular networks and effective drugs

Genome-wide DNA Methylation array on iPSCs and organoids with different genetic mutations. DNA methylation array on organoids with Illumina Infinium MethylationEPIC array. Samples include 1-, 2- and 3-month-old organoids from WT (wildtype), PT (PTEN-/-; TP53-/-), PTCC (PTEN-/-; TP53-/-; CDKN2A-/-; CDKN2B-/-), and PTN (PTEN-/-; TP53-/-; NF1-/-) samples. Four replicates for 3-month-old PT, PTCC and PTN organoids, and three replicates for the rest of the groups. DNA methylation array on organoids with Illumina Infinium HumanMethylation450 array. Samples include human iPSC cell line and 2-month-old organoids from WT (wildtype), PT (PTEN-/-; TP53-/-), PTCC (PTEN-/-; TP53-/-; CDKN2A-/-; CDKN2B-/-), and PTN (PTEN-/-; TP53-/-; NF1-/-) samples (Three replicates in each group).
