ELISA measurements for "Multi-omic profiles of human non-alcoholic fatty liver disease tissue highlight heterogeneity in disease phenotype"

ELISA measurements from plasma samples were carried out using the Ciraplex® platform (Aushon Biosystems, Billerica, MA, US). Commercial assays were purchased and measurements were carried out according to instructions provided by the manufacturer. The following 29 targets were analyzed either as single-plex assays or as multiplex assay: hFGFb; hGROa; hLIF;hIFNg; hIL1b; IL4; IL5; hIL6; hIL10; hIL12p70; hIL13; hTNFa; hI309; hIL8; hIP10; hMCP4; hMIP1a; hMIP1b; hCRP; hLeptin; hPAIactive; hResistin; hIGFBP1; hIGFBP3; hIGFBP2; hMIF; hApoA1; hCRP; hAcrp30.血浆样本的酶联免疫吸附实验（ELISA）采用Ciraplex®平台（美国马萨诸塞州比勒里卡市Aushon Biosystems公司）完成。商用检测试剂盒均购自相关厂商，并严格按照制造商提供的操作说明书开展检测。本次分析共涵盖29种靶标，可采用单重检测或多重检测模式进行分析：人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子（hFGFb）、人生长调节致癌基因α（hGROa）、人白血病抑制因子（hLIF）、人干扰素γ（hIFNg）、人白细胞介素1β（hIL1b）、白细胞介素4（IL4）、白细胞介素5（IL5）、人白细胞介素6（hIL6）、人白细胞介素10（hIL10）、人白细胞介素12p70（hIL12p70）、人白细胞介素13（hIL13）、人肿瘤坏死因子α（hTNFa）、人趋化因子I309（hI309）、人白细胞介素8（hIL8）、人干扰素诱导蛋白10（hIP10）、人单核细胞趋化蛋白4（hMCP4）、人巨噬细胞炎症蛋白1α（hMIP1a）、人巨噬细胞炎症蛋白1β（hMIP1b）、人C反应蛋白（hCRP）、人瘦素（hLeptin）、人活性纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂1（hPAIactive）、人抵抗素（hResistin）、人胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白1（hIGFBP1）、人胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白3（hIGFBP3）、人胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白2（hIGFBP2）、人巨噬细胞迁移抑制因子（hMIF）、人载脂蛋白A1（hApoA1）、人C反应蛋白（hCRP）、人脂联素（hAcrp30）。
