Dataset of the systematic literature review conducted in the paper <em>Impact of Conversational Practices on Chatbot Users: A Systematic Literature Review.</em> <em>accepted.csv</em>: final list of the accepted papers; <em>all.csv</em>: complete list of papers retrieved by sources; <em>duplicaded.csv</em>: papers that were removed as duplicates from the complete list; <em>removed_abs&amp;title.csv</em>: papers that were removed after applying inclusion/exclusion criteria by reading abstract and title; <em>removed_full-text.csv</em>: papers that were removed after applying inclusion/exclusion criteria by reading full-text; <em>search_strings.csv: </em>search strings used on each source (ACM Digital Library, IEEE Xplore, and Scopus).本数据集对应已录用论文《对话实践对聊天机器人用户的影响：系统文献综述（Impact of Conversational Practices on Chatbot Users: A Systematic Literature Review）》所开展的系统文献综述研究。各数据文件说明如下： - accepted.csv：最终收录的论文清单； - all.csv：通过各数据源检索得到的完整论文列表； - duplicaded.csv：从完整列表中剔除的重复论文； - removed_abs&title.csv：通过阅读摘要与标题、应用纳入/排除标准后剔除的论文； - removed_full-text.csv：通过阅读全文、应用纳入/排除标准后剔除的论文； - search_strings.csv：在ACM数字图书馆（ACM Digital Library）、IEEE Xplore及Scopus各数据源中使用的检索式。
