资源简介:
Lung cancer is the most common tumor worldwide (accounting for 11.6% of all tumor cases) and the leading cause of cancer-related deaths (accounting for 18.4% of total cancer deaths). Among them, non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) constitutes 85% of the pathological types of lung cancer. The etiology of lung cancer remains unclear. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is often associated with lung cancer, but its molecular mechanisms are still not fully understood. This study collects NSCLC tissue samples from patients with and without COPD. Through single-cell transcriptomics and spatial transcriptomics analysis of these lung cancer tissue samples, the study aims to explore the tumor microenvironment of COPD-associated lung cancer and uncover potential mechanisms by which COPD predisposes individuals to lung cancer.
