Microfluidic chip experiments for the NeuroPAL publications "<strong>NeuroPAL: A Multicolor Atlas for Whole-Brain Neuronal Identification in <em>C. elegans</em></strong>" and "<strong>Extracting neural signals from semi-immobilized animals with deformable non-negative matrix factorization</strong>" (dNMF). This dataset contains image volumes, GCaMP recordings, and neuronal activity. Please see the included <strong>README</strong> for more information.
