Adds the statistical Reporting Summary as a Word file; reduces Figure 2 to panels a-e (the eMARS EU dispersion panel now appears only as Extended Data Fig. 2, removing a main-ED duplication); adds a near-separation caveat to the detection-model slopes (sign and tier ordering only); relabels the extreme-value analysis to the merged statutory corpus and adds the detection-corrected variants; downgrades the satellite layer from 'verification' to 'detection'; and makes several numeric and definitional consistencies ('factor 1.26-1.29'; China MEM-to-ARIA visibility 1.3-1.8% with the reverse direction 5.8%; table-window clarifications).
