Retinal S-cone specific anatomical and physiological data in the thirteen-lined ground squirrel

Original data corresponding to the PNAS (2025) publication titled "S-cone specific circuitry in the outer plexiform layer of a cone-dominant mammal." Data is organized by type: Reconstructions, Electrophysiology, Electroretinography, and Immunohistochemistry. Additonal software may be required to view data files. Where applicable, README files have been included with brief explanations. A 3D PDF is also included that allows customizable interaction with the reconstructions presented in this publication.
