Analysis of the junctional localization of RNd3 and Rnd3 mutants (AIIA and S240A) in MCF-7 cells transfected with Rnd3 siRNA and reconstituted with GFP tagged WT Rnd3 (WT), AIIA Rnd3 (AIIA), S240A Rnd3 (S240A). Cells were treated either PBS or Y-27632 (30 μM, 1 hour). These confocal images were acquired at the apical junctions of the cells by confocal microscopy.
