SI 1017 Varzin Passage to Merkara Shoal (HIPP) Bathymetry Acquisition (20230015S)

The Varzin Passage to Merkara Shoal bathymetry survey was acquired for the Australian Hydrographic Office (AHO) during the period 4 Sep 2023 – 12 Apr 2024. This was a contracted survey conducted for the Australian Hydrographic Office by Fugro Australia as part of the Hydroscheme Industry Partnership Program. The survey area encompasses an area in Varzin Passage to Merkara Shoal. Bathymetry data was acquired using a LADS HD+, and processed using CARIS HIPS and SIPS, and QIMERA processing software. The dataset was then exported as a 30m resolution, 32 bit floating point GeoTIFF grid of the survey area.This dataset is not to be used for navigational purposes.

瓦尔津水道至默卡拉浅滩（Varzin Passage to Merkara Shoal）水深测量（bathymetry）项目于2023年9月4日至2024年4月12日期间，为澳大利亚水文局（Australian Hydrographic Office，AHO）实施。本次作业为受澳大利亚水文局委托的合同测量项目，由富格罗澳大利亚（Fugro Australia）承接，属于水文计划行业合作项目（Hydroscheme Industry Partnership Program）的组成部分。测量区域覆盖瓦尔津水道至默卡拉浅滩海域范围。本次水深测量数据采用LADS HD+设备采集，并通过CARIS HIPS、SIPS及QIMERA处理软件完成后期处理。最终该数据集以30米分辨率、32位浮点型GeoTIFF网格格式导出，覆盖全部测量区域。本数据集不得用于航行导航用途。
