QR code use related to marketing or promotional offers in the U.S. 2021, by age

During a June 2021 survey, it was found that 45 percent of responding shoppers from the United States stated they had used a marketing-related QR code in the three months leading up to the survey. The share was highest among respondents aged 18 to 29. It was also found that 59 percent of respondents believed that that QR codes would be a permanent part of using their mobile phone in the future.
