"FirstDayEmergence" and "FirstDayHibernate" are the day of the year when the first individual to emerge or to enter hibernacula were observed. "FirstDayEmergenceLag" is "FirstDayEmergence" with a 1-year lag useful for evaluating the effect of "FirstDayHibernate" on emergence date.
