Files with the subsets of reads used in the study

Each subset is composed of three files. R1 indicates the first read, R2 indicates second read, SE indicates a single read (not paired, due to quality filtering).

cp indicates chloroplast reads
mt indicates mitochondrial reads
nr indicates nuclear ribosomal reads

本研究中所用测序读段（reads）子集的相关文件如下。每个子集均由三个文件组成：R1代表正向测序读段，R2代表反向测序读段，SE代表单端测序读段（因经过质量过滤而未进行配对）。其中，cp代表叶绿体读段，mt代表线粒体读段，nr代表核核糖体读段。
