Buildings destroyed between 2012 and 2015 in the Métropole de Lyon

The "DESTRUCTIONS_2012-2015" layer represents the evolution of buildings between March 2012 and May 2015 in the 59 municipalities of the Métropole de Lyon. Entities are 2D polygons representing buildings (or building elements). The value of the HEIGHT attribute shall be given with metric accuracy. It corresponds to the distance between the altitude of the ground below the building and its highest gutter. Elements of superstructures (elevated structures, acroterion, cage lifts, etc.) are generally not taken into account. The HEIGHT attribute has a value of zero when it is not known or when the building was under construction in 2015."DESTRUCTIONS_2012-2015"图层表征里昂大都会下辖的59个市镇范围内，2012年3月至2015年5月期间的建筑物演变情况。该图层的要素为表征建筑物（或建筑构件）的二维多边形。 HEIGHT属性的取值需以米制精度给出，其对应值为建筑物基底地面的海拔高度与该建筑最高檐槽之间的垂直距离。 上层结构构件（含高架结构、山墙饰、电梯轿厢升降机等）通常不计入该高度的计算范围。 当无法获取HEIGHT属性的准确数值，或该建筑在2015年仍处于施工状态时，其HEIGHT属性值为0。
