Supplementary data for Bosson et al. 2023 Nature

Dataset and script corresponds to characteristics of glaciers and emerging deglaciated areas until 2100, associated to Bosson et al. (accepted to Nature). See Materials and Methods for more informations. Dataset contains files (.dat) for differents environnemental variables (area, elevation, slope, MAAT, ...) for 19 regions (RGI Code at beginning of the filename) and all glaciers (called RGI20) and for five Shared Socio-economic Pathways (number of ssp at the end of the filename). aggregated.zip contains files for each of the 13 differents Global Circulation Models (GCM, specified in the middle of the filename), while average.zip contains files corredponding to values of the median GCM and to standard deviation of the 13 GCM (files start by STD). The file ecosystems-caused-by-glacial-retreat-script.zip contains : 01_aggregatedRGI20_script and 02_averagedRGI20_script and 03_R_overdeepenings_volume_RGI20 were used to calculate paramaters for all glaciers (called RGI20) 04_R_Deglaciated Area by year was used to calculate dynamic of deglaciated area for each glacier (from RGI01 to RGI19) and all glaciers (called RGI20) 05_realize_fig_png was used to realise every figures and summary tables (files are available in 06_Supplementary_files_final.zip)本数据集与脚本对应截至2100年的冰川及新近暴露的冰消融区特征，相关研究关联Bosson等人（已被《自然》（Nature）收录）的成果，详细信息请参见材料与方法。 数据集包含格式为.dat的文件，涵盖19个区域（文件名开头标注RGI编码）以及全域冰川（记为RGI20）的各类环境变量，包括面积、海拔、坡度、年均气温（MAAT）等；数据集同时覆盖五种社会经济共享路径（Shared Socio-economic Pathways，下文简称SSP），文件名末尾标注了对应的ssp编号。 aggregated.zip 包含13种不同全球环流模式（Global Circulation Models，下文简称GCM）对应的文件，具体模式名称标注于文件名中间；average.zip 则包含对应13个GCM中位数的数值文件，以及以STD开头的、代表13个GCM标准差的文件。 ecosystems-caused-by-glacial-retreat-script.zip 内含以下脚本：01_aggregatedRGI20_script、02_averagedRGI20_script 及03_R_overdeepenings_volume_RGI20 用于计算全域冰川（记为RGI20）的各项参数；04_R_Deglaciated Area by year 用于计算各冰川（RGI01至RGI19）及全域冰川（RGI20）的冰消融面积动态变化；05_realize_fig_png 用于生成所有图表与汇总表格，相关文件可于06_Supplementary_files_final.zip 中获取。
