Columns indicate the reference set to which the method, variation, and classifier were applied, and the performance that was achieved by them. AUC indicates the average AUC across all SNPs in the reference sets. Hits@1/3/5/10 indicate the absolute number of results that were returned in the top 1/3/5/10. The recall can be calculated by dividing these by the total number of positive cases that could be found within the selected genetic range around the SNP. Mean rank and Median rank indicate the mean rank and median rank of positive cases respectively. (CSV)
