Experiments were conducted to study the suitable parameters for a modified chisel plough, which can be used as attached part with primary or secondary tillage machines. The main parameters used in this study were different implement forward speeds, types of shares, number of shanks and entrance angle. The experiments showed that the best parameters of manufacturing chisel unit was by using 4 tines, pointed share and 30° degree of entrance angle to obtain the best value of soil penetration resistance and good percentage less than 10 cm.
本研究开展相关试验,以探究改装式凿式犁(modified chisel plough)的适配参数;该机具可作为配套部件与初级或次级耕作机械配合使用。本试验考察的核心参数包括机具前进速度、犁铧(shares)类型、凿柄(shanks)数量以及入土角度。试验结果表明,当采用4根凿齿、尖型犁铧与30°入土角度时,该凿式耕作单元可获得最优的土壤穿透阻力(soil penetration resistance)表现,且实现低于10cm的优质耕作占比。
