C-130 Cloud Counterflow Virtual Impactor. Version 1.0

The DYCOMS-II Aircraft: Cloud Counterflow Virtual Impactor (CVI) dataset is one of several aircraft data sets collected on the C-130 aircraft as part of the Dynamics and Chemistry of Marine Stratocumulus Phase II: Entrainment Studies (DYCOMS-II) project. Cloud droplet number (as number of residual particles after evaporation) and condensed water content measurements were taken using the CVI onboard the NSF/NCAR C-130 from July 13-July 28, 2001. Data are columnar ascii format.

DYCOMS-II航空器云逆流虚拟撞击器（Cloud Counterflow Virtual Impactor，简称CVI）数据集，是作为海洋层积云动力学与化学二期：夹卷研究（Dynamics and Chemistry of Marine Stratocumulus Phase II: Entrainment Studies，简称DYCOMS-II）项目的组成部分，在C-130航空器上采集的多组航空器观测数据集之一。2001年7月13日至7月28日，研究团队借助搭载于美国国家科学基金会/国家大气研究中心（NSF/NCAR）C-130航空器的CVI设备，获取了云滴数（以蒸发后残余粒子数计）与凝结水含量的实测数据。该数据集采用柱状ASCII格式存储。
