资源简介:
The SoilVUE sensor is connected to the InteractFen station. The station is placed in the fen (40 m.a.s.l.) close to the SoilFen (Meteorology, Soil Properties), EddyFen and Methane stations (Flux Monitoring). The SoilVUE sensor was installed in June 2021 and measures electrical conductivity (see SoilVUE Fen ElctricalConductivity), soil temperature (see SoilVUE Fen SoilTemperature) and soil moisture (see SoilVUE Fen SoilMoisture) in 100, 75, 60, 50, 40, 30, 20, 10 and 5 cm depth. Other data sets from the InteractFen station can be found under Meteorology (air temperature, relative humidity, radiation, wind, air pressure), Soil Properties (water fraction, ground water level, soil temperatures) and Snow Properties (snow temperatures, snow depht). All data is logged every 30 minutes (UTC-3 West Greenlandic Winter Time, CR1000X). Data comments: The sensor is observed to move upwards during the growing season likely due to fluctuations in water level of the fen. In periods where the sensors have been exposed to air the data has been deleted. From October 2023 to August 2024 the sensor movement has been assessed to be of such magnitude that data from all depths are not delivered to the database. In August 2024 the sensor was reinstalled to the right depth. Corrections for the relative offset during periods of sensor movement has not been applied. Soil Properties:Soil Properties GeoBasis Nuuk:The GeoBasis monitoring programme focuses on selected abiotic characteristics in order to describe the state of Greenlandic terrestrial environments and their potential feedback effects in a changing climate. Monitored plot data is up-scaled to a landscape level and is used to improve ecosystem models to be able to quantify these feedback mechanisms. The GeoBasis programme provides an active response to recommendations in international assessments such as ACIA and SWIPA; and is continuously being adapted based on AMAP and other international founded recommendations. Furthermore, the GeoBasis programme is directly involved in several international networks and research projects (e.g. the Circumpolar Active Layer Monitoring (CALM) programme, the Nordic Centre of Excellence DEFROST, the Danish Centre of Excellence CENPERM, the EU-projects PAGE21 and INTERACT, and the Arctic Research Centre at Aarhus University). The GeoBasis programme is divided into a number of sub-groups, including:
