Mouthpart measurements of the wild bee species from South Corsica (Hymenoptera: Anthophila)

Measurements of dissected mouthparts from 105 species of wild bees (Hymenoptera: Anthophila), for integration to the BeeFunc trait database. Specimens were collected through net sweeping or pan traps in 2017, during a wild bee monitoring around Bonifacio (South Corsica), in collaboration with the Office pour l'Environnement de la Corse, funded by the Museum National d’Histoire Naturelle of Paris through the Labex BCDiv program. Specimens vouchers are now hosted in the MNHN. Measurements were taken by Florent Bastianelli, under supervision of Adrien Perrard, at the iEES-Paris laboratory. Measurements were taken on photographs of dissected mouthparts, using the ImageJ software. Photographs were taken using a Stereo-microscope Zeiss SteReo Discovery V20, with a Plan S 1.0x FWD 81 mm objective, and a Zeiss AxioCam IcC5 camera (Carl Zeiss AG).本数据集收录105种野生蜂（膜翅目：蜜蜂总科，Hymenoptera: Anthophila）的解剖口器测量数据，用于整合至BeeFunc性状数据库。 所有标本于2017年博尼法乔（南科西嘉）周边野生蜂监测工作期间采集，采集方式为扫网法与诱集盆（pan traps）；本研究与科西嘉环境办公室（Office pour l'Environnement de la Corse）合作开展，由巴黎国家自然历史博物馆（Museum National d’Histoire Naturelle of Paris）通过Labex BCDiv项目提供资助。所有凭证标本现保存于巴黎国家自然历史博物馆（MNHN）。 测量工作由Florent Bastianelli在Adrien Perrard的指导下，于iEES-Paris实验室完成。测量基于解剖后的口器照片开展，所用软件为ImageJ。照片拍摄采用蔡司SteReo Discovery V20体视显微镜（Stereo-microscope Zeiss SteReo Discovery V20），搭配Plan S 1.0× FWD 81 mm物镜，以及蔡司AxioCam IcC5相机（Carl Zeiss AG，卡尔蔡司集团）。
