Exosomes from T. vaginalis clone containing TVV1, TVV2 and TVV3 viruses (TV79-49c1+) and its isogenic TVV-free clone TV79-49c1- were subjected to RNA extraction.The TVV-free clone was derived from TV79-49c1+ by 2'-C-methylcytidine treatment. Three independent experiments (A, B, C) were conducted. As a result, in total six libraries from TV79-49c1+ and TV79-49c1- were produced. The small RNA-Seq libraries were sequenced uni-directionally by the Illumina sequencer MiSeq, generating ~17 million reads each 50 bases long.
