CTD, Optics measurement and Biological water analysis of seawter: RV Multanovskiy cruise, Mu18, 2018

In order to clarify optical characteristics in the study area in terms of satellite ocean color remote sensing and marine bio-optics, in situ light measurements were carried out during this cruise. Apparent optical properties (AOP) were measured with the spectroradiometers C-OPS (Biospherical Instruments Inc.). Inherent optical properties (IOP) and photosynthetic available radiation (PAR) were estimated with Hydroscat-6 (HOBI Labs) and LI-190SB (LI. COR Inc.), respectively.
Water samples were taken by Niskin bottles on the CTD and nutrients, dissolved inorganic carbon, chlorophyll a concentration, Algal pigment, Primary production,of the seawaters were analyzed.
