Overloading risks exist in both current status and optimized assessments of grass-ungulate balance across functional zones in Sanjiangyuan

Plant samples were collected from July to August 2024 in the Sanjiangyuan, encompassing 18 plots distributed across the core area and the general control area, with each plot covering an area of 3.14 ha. To ensure sampling across all three functional zones, different members of the same survey team conducted supplementary surveys at 14 sites and 42 plots along the predetermined routes during the same period. A total of 32 plots encompassing 204 quadrats were surveyed, with 4 plots located in the core zone, 19 in the general control zone, and 9 in the peripheral support zone本数据集的植物样本采集工作于2024年7月至8月在三江源区域开展，初始布设18个样地（plot），分布于核心区（core area）与一般管控区（general control area），单个样地面积为3.14公顷。为覆盖全部三类功能区，同一调查团队的不同成员于同期沿预设路线，在14个调查点位及42个样地开展补充调查。本次调查共完成32个样地、204个样方（quadrat）的野外调查，其中核心区4个，一般管控区19个，外围辅助区（peripheral support zone）9个。
