response of kiwifruit during storage to cold plasma treatment

Cold plasma treatment can not only inhibit microorganisms on the surface of fruits and vegeta-bles but also effectively play a role in postharvest storage and preservation of fruits and vegetables. However, there is still a lack of research on the molecular mechanism of CP treatment in response to the storage and preservation of kiwifruits. in this study, using CP technology treated and untreated 'Hongyang' were used as ma-terials to perform high-throughput transcriptome sequencing of four different storage periods. Analysing the response mechanism of 'Hongyang' kiwifruit to CP treatment can provide a scientific basis for postharvest storage and preservation of kiwifruit, re-ducing loss and improving kiwifruit fruit quality.
