Darwin3 31+16+3 (Archibald) code, datafiles and parameters

MITgcm code (available trhough http://mitgcm.org), with Darwin ecosystem code (available at https://github.com/darwinproject/darwin3). Equations are provided at: https://darwin3.readthedocs.io/en/latest/phys_pkgs/darwin.html. Exact version, modifications and input datafiles used in Archibald et al (in revision) are in the tarball available here. See directory dar6 in the tarball: code modifications for default simulation is in "code_31+16+3" (same as used in Follet et al, 2022); for the simulations where temperature was increase by 1, 3 and 5degC the additional modification are in code_31+16+3_plus1C, code_31+16+3_plus3C, and code_31+16+3_plus3C specifics input files for the different choices of Q10 are in run33_5_Q10_base (all biological rates have Q10 of 1.88) and run33_5_Q10_diffQ (grazing Q10 is 2.7, while all other rates have Q10 of 1.88) Model parameters are listed in darwin_params.txt and darwin_traits.txt.
