Structure of endophytes in different tissues of sweet potato and their response to sweet potato scab

Endophyte and plant host symbiosis, mutual benefit. The abundance and diversity of endophytes determine the resistance of plants. At present, little is known about the endophyte of sweet potato, but how to deal with the infection of sweet potato scab has not been reported. In this study, metagenomic sequencing was used to analyze the composition and distribution of endophytic bacteria in roots, stems and leaves of healthy and scab-infected sweet potato plants.
