FET_RADs

This file contains the results of Fisher exact tests (FET) of allelic differentiation conducted in all pairwise comparisons with the RADtools software. We present the negative logarithm ( -Log10) of the p-value in a FET. SNPs with Bonferroni-corrected p values lower than 5% were considered outliers for that comparison. We provide information on the identity of the SNP, the RAD-tag where it is located and the genomic contig where this tag was mapped.

本文件收录了使用RADtools软件开展所有两两比对时，针对等位基因分化所进行的费希尔精确检验（Fisher Exact Test, FET）结果。本文件同时给出了费希尔精确检验中p值的负对数（-Log10）。经邦费罗尼校正后p值低于5%的单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms, SNPs）位点，将被视为该次比对的异常位点。本文件还提供了单核苷酸多态性位点的标识信息、其所在的RAD-tag标签，以及该标签所比对到的基因组重叠群的相关信息。
