IBDmix calls of introgressed Neanderthal sequences in individuals from the 1000 Genomics Project populations

This submission provides DNA sequence regions predicted to be introgressed from Neanderthals in individuals from the 1000 Genomes Project. The calls were generated using a new IBDmix (https://github.com/PrincetonUniversity/IBDmix) analysis framework that uses genetic distance as opposed to physical distance in measuring segment size. Calls are provided using Altai, Vindija, and Chagyrskaya as the Neanderthal archaic reference genome.本提交数据集提供了千人基因组计划（1000 Genomes Project）参与者基因组中，经预测源自尼安德特人（Neanderthals）的基因渐渗DNA序列区域。该渐渗区域的调用结果基于全新的IBDmix分析框架（https://github.com/PrincetonUniversity/IBDmix）生成，此框架采用遗传距离而非物理距离来衡量DNA片段的长度。本次提交的调用结果以阿尔泰（Altai）、温迪加（Vindija）及查格尔斯卡亚（Chagyrskaya）三种尼安德特人古参考基因组为基准生成。
