Likelihood of replacing spaghetti bolognese with a vegetarian product in Denmark 2022

According to a survey from August 2022, 41 percent of Danes would "to a large extent" or "to a very large extent" replace spaghetti bolognese meat with vegetables. Mushrooms were named by 30 percent as a meat replacement in pasta dishes, and legumes by 26 percent.
