Raw data from DGRP lines for L. fusiformis infection. Columns are line number, date flies were duplicated from other stocks, date flies were tipped to new food after eclosion, date flies were infected, the OD of the bacteria, the replicate, and the survival at day 0, 5 and 10.本数据集为果蝇遗传参考面板（Drosophila Genetic Reference Panel，DGRP）株系在梭形芽孢杆菌（L. fusiformis）感染实验中的原始数据。数据集各列依次为：株系编号、果蝇从原种扩繁的日期、果蝇羽化后转接至新鲜培养基的日期、果蝇感染的日期、细菌的光密度值（Optical Density，OD）、生物学重复编号，以及第0、5、10天的存活率。
