Cutaneous Nevoid Melanoma: A Retrospective Study

This study analyzes the clinical and pathological characteristics of nevoid melanoma in a population of patients affected by this rare subtype. It compares the prognosis and survival of these patients to data from classical melanoma featured in the literature. Additionally, by analyzing available dermoscopic images of nevoid melanoma, we aim to identify dermoscopic features that might help clinicians to suspect nevoid melanoma, reducing misdiagnosis.本研究针对罹患痣样黑色素瘤（nevoid melanoma）这一罕见亚型的患者队列，分析其临床与病理特征。本研究将此类患者的预后及生存数据与文献中收录的经典黑色素瘤相关数据进行对比。此外，通过分析已公开的痣样黑色素瘤皮肤镜图像，本研究旨在识别可辅助临床医师怀疑痣样黑色素瘤的皮肤镜特征，以降低误诊发生率。
