Circulation in the Guafo Mouth: the gateway to northern Patagonia

These data include the current velocities collected with an Acoustic Doppler Current Profiler (ADCP) in the Guafo Mouth from April 2021 to November 2023. The file '1_ADCP_Corcovado_FR_06.10.2021.mat' is the raw ADCP data collected from April to October 2021. The file 'Oct_2021_abr_2022.mat' is the raw ADCP data collected from October 2021 to April 2022. The file 'ADCP_NOV2023.mat' is the raw ADCP data collected from April 2023 to November 2023. The file 'CTDO_TimeSerie_Guafo_Jan2016_Oct2022_daily.xls' contains the time series of oxygen, salinity and temperature collected at the ADCP mooring from 2016 to 2022. The data from April 2021 to April 2022 were used in our study. The file 'CIMAR_Winter_AlongChannel.txt' is the salinity, temperature, DO, Nitrate and Phosphate data collected along the Guafo Mouth during the fall to winter seasons. The file 'CIMAR_Summer_AlongChannel.txt' is the salinity, temperature, DO, Nitrate and Phosphate data collected along the Guafo Mouth during the spring to summer seasons.
