Columns headers are provided. Further description of column definitions: YearFish.No: an arbitrary and sequential fish number identifier, within each study year. Date: Day of the month (all dates in September) Year: Study year TagSite: Refers to the location of capture/release – see Fig. 1 in paper for further details Set: Seine set identifier TotalCatch: Estimated number of fish caught in the set in which that fish was caught FisheryHandlingTime (s): Total number of sections that fish was in the beach seine (see paper for more details) Treatment: Refers to whether a fish was radio-tagged, blood sampled, or simply assessed for RAMP DOA?: Dead on arrival. 1 = fish that was dead when pulled from the net. 0 = alive. StockID: Individual spawning stream to which the fish was DNA-identified RAMP: RAMP score for that individual (see paper for detail on how this was calculated) Revival: 0 if not revived, 1 = revived for 30 min a fish recovery bag (see paper for further detail) ResearchTime: Time from release from the seine (entry into fish tagging bag) to release by the research team, in seconds.
