The Lorg column gives the number of conserved autoregulatory loops. Subsequent columns list expected numbers of conserved autoregulatory loops and p-values of the observed numbers for two different probability models pM and pS trained either only on the transcription factors GF or on all genes GA.Lorg列给出了保守型自调控环路的数量。后续各列依次列出了保守型自调控环路的期望数量，以及两种不同概率模型pM与pS下对应观测数量的p值；这两种概率模型分别仅以转录因子（transcription factors）GF作为训练集，或是以全部基因GA作为训练集。
