Memorial of Galina Starovoytova

This is a granite column memorial of Galina Vasilyevna Starovoytova, who was a scientist, human rights activist, people's deputy of the USSR, RSFSR, deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, an adviser to the first President of Russia, chairman of the Democratic Russia party.
