Protein ID-Mass spec_OCT4 interacting protein in neuroblastoma cells

OCT4-mycDDK recombinant protein was expressed in a human neuroblastoma cell line. OCT4-mycDDK protein was pulled down by immunoprecipitation (IP) using EZview Red anti-FLAG M2 affinity purification, and the protein was separated on SDS-PAGE to cut the appropriate bands out to be analyzed at the Proteomics Core Facility of University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Dallas, TX

OCT4-mycDDK重组蛋白（OCT4-mycDDK recombinant protein）在人神经母细胞瘤细胞系中表达。随后，采用EZview Red抗FLAG M2亲和纯化试剂，通过免疫沉淀（immunoprecipitation, IP）技术捕获该目标蛋白；将捕获得到的蛋白经十二烷基硫酸钠聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳（SDS-PAGE）分离后，切取对应条带，送至位于得克萨斯州达拉斯的德克萨斯大学西南医学中心蛋白质组学核心实验室进行分析。
